Balwoo Gongyang
Balwoo Gongyang specializes in temple dishes, run by the Jogye Order of Korean Buddhism. Chef Kim Ji-young creates comforting dishes using traditional handmade jang and organic vegetables cooked with minimal seasoning. The menu is based around the appetizing traditional way of eating known as “Suljuksim” (meaning having a soup or stew to accompany dry foods) and the taste of nature is infused in each course, from porridge to ‘Ipgasim,‘ palate-cleansing desserts.
