ZEST
The bar was ranked #2 on the Asia’s 50 Best Bars list. Owner bartender Kim Do-hyung was also awarded “Best Bartender” as voted by bartenders. Three years after opening in Cheongdam-dong, the bar was named Zest, short for “zero waste,” to signify that it makes cocktails without waste. They source herbs, vegetables, and other ingredients directly from farms to make their own spirits and upcycle them to make sparkling water and tonic water to avoid packaging waste.
