Gwang Pyung
Named after Gwangpyeong-ri, the buckwheat producing region of Jeju Island. It was created by chef Kim In-bok, who is known for his work at Jeju Hallasan-araechutmaeul and hanu dining restaurant ULLEUNG. You can try Nanchuk Matdon, a type of Jeju black pork, and dry-aged t-bone, as well as Pyongyang cold noodles in-house made with 100% buckwheat. The bibijak goldongmyeon, served with perilla oil and soy sauce, is also a specialty.
