Chef Lee Choong-hoo’s Seoul-style Korean bistro. His dishes are minimalistic, yet delicately complex, using seasonal Korean vegetables and local herbs to maximize their natural flavors. The restaurant has been a pioneer in introducing natural wines to the Korean dining scene, and in June of last year, it moved to a new space in Seobinggo-dong for its third season.
