Chef Joseph Lidgerwood, a native of Tasmania, Australia, has personally discovered Korean food culture, such as jang, vinegar, pickles, jigemi(lees), and sikhye(a traditional dessert beverage). He is so passionate about exploring ingredients that his kitchen team travels to farms across the country every month. Diners can always enjoy a pairing menu with Korean alcoholic beverages, including “Oh My Gat,“ a traditional beverage developed in-house. The wine list is also impressive.
