Chef Jung Ha-wan, who built his career across Germany and Russia, creatively presents new Korean seasonal flavors based on Mediterranean cuisine. More than 95% of the vegetables on the menu are sourced directly from family farms that have been in the tradition for generations, creating a farm-to-table approach. The restaurant is committed to sustainable gastronomy, with no use of disposable plastic and only using seasonal ingredients.
