The Chinese fine dining restaurant is led by Chef Yeo Kyung-rae, a master of Chinese cuisine who is also the Vice President of the World Chinese Culinary Association and President of the Korean Chinese Federation. The menu is not limited to a specific region of China, but features authentic Chinese cuisine from Beijing, Guangdong, Sichuan, and other regions. The restaurant is a space that is as much history as it is a foundation for the new Chinese cuisine that Chef Jang Doh, Chef Yeo’s apprentice, and his crew are creating together.
