In addition to a variety of authentic Cantonese dishes, such as as ‘Buddha jumps over the wall’ and Braised Wagyu Beef Striploin in Black Garlic Sauce, the restaurant also offers a spectacular performance of Peking duck, which is cooked in a specialty wood-fired oven brought in from China and deconstructed right before your eyes. One of the few places that specializes in authentic Peking duck.
