The only restaurant in Korea where you can taste dishes based on the “Suwon Recipe,“ an ancient recipe from the Qing Dynasty. ‘Red Braised Pork Belly‘ gently boiled with shao-hsing wine for a long time, and ‘Palbo Duck,‘ cooked crispy on the outside after being stuffed with eight ingredients, show the level of gastronomy of this era. Chef Shin Kye-sook, a professor of traditional Korean cuisine at Baehwa Women’s University is in charge of this restaurant.
